Niall established NHC Construction in 2008.
Starting as a modest contractor specialising in domestic carpentry and renovation projects, Niall has grown NHC Construction in responding to clients demands for knowledgeable and professional contractors for small to medium sized projects where there was a gap in skill set and unprofessionalism generally existed.
Through his leadership, Niall has ensured that as NHC’s client list grows, NHC’s team grows; including office-based staff, an area which unfortunately isn’t invested in enough in many Building Contractors.
Shane Mathews
Contracts Manager

Profile:
Shane has been a big part of NHC’s progression and growth since joining the team in 2014.
Shane manages all planning and implementation strategies for projects ensuring a steady flow of work, avoiding clashes and delays. Shane also carries out the role of PSCS, and manages lift plans, RAMS and sub-contractor compliance.
From his higher education in areas such as Management and Planning, setting out and Dimensional Control, Building Technology – Structures/Frameworks, Quantity Surveying and his on-site experience setting-out with Walls Construction, Shane has developed specialised technical capabilities as an excellent well-rounded Contracts Manager.
